Return Policy

All sale items are final sale.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery date for full priced merchandise. You will find a prepaid return label enclosed in your package. If you did not receive a return label and need one please email afrontnyc [@] gmail.com. We will only accept returns for full-priced items that have not been worn, altered or washed and must have all original tags attached. Please read below to make sure your items meet our return requirements.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Full priced styles purchased using a promotional code are not considered a sale item and may be returned.

afront nyc does not accept returns of sale items or merchandise that has been altered, washed, or damaged. Merchandise that does not meet these requirements will be shipped back.

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

You receive email notifications when we receive your return and when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take 5-7 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
